The short answer
Yes, but an online payment calculator only gives you an estimate. It is not a loan approval or a final payment quote.
Use the complete amount
You can use the free payment calculator on this website to test different numbers before you talk with a lender. Include the home, land, delivery, installation, site work, taxes, insurance, and other financed costs when possible. A lender must confirm the actual loan amount, term, and payment.
Check what the result includes
Start with the amount you expect to borrow, not just the advertised home price. Use assumptions supplied by a lender when you have them, and treat any figures you enter before that as planning estimates.
Check whether the displayed result includes taxes and insurance or only principal and interest. Also budget for expenses paid outside the loan, such as utilities, maintenance, or lot rent if applicable. Changing one input at a time makes it easier to see why the estimate changes; it does not establish what a lender will offer.
