Separate Licensed-Salesperson Role
Nicholas Bell may separately work and earn retailer-paid sales commission as an individual retailer-sponsored licensed manufactured-home salesperson. When he directly invites a buyer to visit or buy through him, that communication must identify his sales role and the sponsoring retailer. The retailer-paid commission belongs to that individual role. MHC's lead-sale and social-media revenue belongs to the LLC. The roles, compensation, records, and applicable disclosures are distinct.
Lead-Generation Disclosure
MHC may earn revenue by selling qualified buyer leads originating outside Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi to approved individual manufactured-home salespeople, manufactured-home retailers, or lenders. MHC does not sell leads originating in Alabama, Louisiana, or Mississippi. A form's language and the Privacy Policy explain how submitted information may be used or shared.
