Nicholas Bell is the founder of Manufactured Home Coach, a buyer-education and media company dedicated to helping families make informed decisions when buying a manufactured home.
With more than 12 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, Nicholas has designed over 70 manufactured-home floor plans and contributed to the development of thousands of homes. His background includes home design, construction, dealership operations, and the complete home-buying process.
The idea for Manufactured Home Coach came after Nicholas and his wife purchased a manufactured home themselves. Even with industry experience, they encountered many of the frustrations buyers face: poor communication, unexpected costs, and a lack of clear guidance. That experience pushed Nicholas toward manufactured-home sales and toward building resources that make the process easier to understand.
Nicholas founded Manufactured Home Coach with a simple mission: make the manufactured-home buying process more transparent, understandable, and less stressful.
