Program details
What Counts as a Qualifying Referral?
- The referred buyer must book an appointment through the exact personal referral link.
- A click by itself does not create referral credit; the appointment booking does.
- One original referrer is recorded for each buyer unless the buyer tells Nicholas that someone else referred them.
- There is no set limit on the number of people one person may refer. Each qualifying completed purchase may earn one reward.
- A self-referral does not qualify, and a buyer who does not complete a purchase does not create a reward.
Nicholas Bell is a licensed manufactured-home salesperson through Magnolia Estates of Cullman and may receive retailer-paid compensation if a home purchase closes. Manufactured Home Coach LLC is Nicholas’s buyer-education and media company; it is not the retailer, seller, lender, or party to the home sales contract.
