These Terms of Use govern your access to manufacturedhomecoach.com and the free guides, directories, calculators, checklists, videos, templates, and other materials provided by Manufactured Home Coach LLC (“MHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Education and Media Service
MHC is a buyer-education and media company. Website content is general information, not individualized legal, tax, lending, real-estate, engineering, contracting, inspection, insurance, or other professional advice. Information may become outdated and requirements vary by location and circumstance. You are responsible for confirming important decisions with the appropriate government office, lender, retailer, licensed professional, or other authoritative source.
Buyer Leads and Separate Salesperson Role
MHC may earn revenue from social-media platforms and from qualified buyer leads originating outside Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Approved lead recipients may include individual manufactured-home salespeople, manufactured-home retailers, and lenders. MHC does not sell leads originating in Alabama, Louisiana, or Mississippi. Form-specific consent and the Privacy Policy govern submitted information.
Nicholas Bell separately works as a retailer-sponsored licensed manufactured-home salesperson. A direct invitation to work with him will identify that role and the sponsoring retailer. He may receive retailer-paid compensation if he participates in a transaction that closes. That individual sales role is distinct from MHC's education, media, lead-sale, and social-media business. Using this website alone does not create a salesperson-client, brokerage, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship.
No Offer, Approval, or Guarantee
Website content is not a loan offer, credit decision, home-sales contract, appraisal, inspection, warranty, or promise that a home, loan, site, dealer, lender, or service will be available or suitable. Calculators and examples are estimates based on the numbers entered and stated assumptions.
