With more than 12 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, Nicholas has designed over 70 manufactured home floor plans and contributed to the development of thousands of homes. His background has given him an in-depth understanding of home design, construction, dealership operations, and the complete home-buying process.
Ironically, the idea for Manufactured Home Coach came after purchasing a manufactured home himself. Despite working in the industry, Nicholas and his wife experienced many of the same frustrations buyers face every day — poor communication, unexpected costs, and a lack of clear guidance. That experience bothered him so deeply that he pivoted his career into manufactured home sales, determined to help ensure that what happened to his family does not happen to yours.
