We collect information you choose to provide through the Roadmap, toolkit, directory, and home-sales contact forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, state, expected home-buying timeframe, consent selections, questions, and the resource or page connected with your request. HighLevel may also receive basic device, referral, and technical information needed to process and attribute the submission.
How We Use Information
Manufactured Home Coach may use submitted information to deliver requested resources, send buyer education and business updates, respond to questions, schedule buyer calls, understand buyer needs, improve the website and resources, and operate the education and lead-generation business described below.
Buyer Leads and Information Sharing
Manufactured Home Coach LLC may earn revenue by selling or transferring qualified buyer leads originating outside Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Potential recipients are limited to individual manufactured-home salespeople, manufactured-home retailers, and lenders that may be able to help with the buyer's stated plans. Submission does not guarantee that information will be transferred or that a recipient will contact the buyer.
Manufactured Home Coach LLC does not sell leads originating in Alabama, Louisiana, or Mississippi. Information from those states may be used to deliver education, respond to the buyer, and operate Manufactured Home Coach. When a buyer makes a disclosed direct home-sales request, the information may also be shared with Magnolia Estates so Nicholas Bell or an appropriately authorized Magnolia salesperson can respond. Nicholas Bell works separately as a salesperson for Magnolia Estates of Cullman and may receive retailer-paid compensation if he participates in a purchase that closes.
A resource request that does not include enough buyer-location and purchase-intent information to qualify it as a buyer lead is used for Manufactured Home Coach communications and is not sold as a qualified lead.
Service Providers
HighLevel processes website form submissions and may store contact, consent, source, and submission records for Manufactured Home Coach. Vercel hosts the website. We may also use providers for email, analytics, scheduling, and other business operations. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices; they are not lead buyers merely because they provide these services.
Your Choices
- You may close a download prompt without submitting information, but the requested file will not download.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in the message.
- You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you previously submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs.
Data Retention and Security
