A short plant history

A Little History on Clayton Savannah

Clayton Savannah has been building homes in Savannah, Tennessee, since at least 1981. The plant is still operating from the same Highway 226 location shown in later factory records.

The Savannah plant has also put a lot of work into reusing materials from production. It joined Tennessee's Green Star program in 2019 and received a state environmental award in 2021.
