A Little History on Clayton Addison
Both Clayton Addison plants came out of the Southern Energy operation that Clayton bought in 2006. In 2016, Clayton split the homebuilding work into Addison I and Addison II.
Addison I builds the Boujee and Tempo homes you see here, while Addison II builds the Epic homes. Cavalier and Clayton Tiny Homes also have plants at the same Addison location, right across the road.
