A Little History on Clayton Addison 2
Both Clayton Addison plants are part of the Southern Energy operation that Clayton bought in 2006. In 2016, Clayton split the homebuilding work into Addison I and Addison II.
Addison I builds the Boujee and Tempo homes, while Addison II builds the Epic homes. There are two more Clayton plants at the same location—Cavalier and Clayton Tiny Homes—and they sit right across the road.
