A short plant history

A Little History on Clayton Cavalier

Cavalier started building homes in Addison in 1984. Southern Energy bought Cavalier in 2009, which brought it into the same group of Addison plants Clayton already owned.

Today Cavalier sits across the road from Addison I and Addison II, alongside the Clayton Tiny Homes plant. It is part of the same Addison manufacturing campus, but Cavalier still has its own model lines, standards, and options.
